The Canadian Door Institute Welcomes New President Sean Baird
The Canadian Door Institute (CDI) is pleased to welcome Sean Baird as the new President of the Board of Directors. Sean was first elected to the Board in 2014 and has served as a Vice President since 2020. He is also involved in the Ontario Chapter of the CDI.

New US and Canada Binational Standard Published for Door and Gate Operators and Systems
Automated door and gate systems are very common in both the US and Canada. In fact, many of the same manufacturers, distributers, and dealers operate in both countries, and the use of these products is very similar across borders.
